Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach Sydney

The Apartments were located in a terrific place and were vrv convenient location. The apartment was neat and clean. We did have to ask about getting a couple of teabags as they don't supply them in the rooms. I thought that was a bit bad as the cost of the room as not cheap. Just a walk down the hill to a great resturant Hurricanes in Bondi, Excellent food. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Clean, simple rooms; more like a motel than an apartment. Beds not comfortable - sofa bed nearly impossible to sleep on, but not unexpected for the price. One review said soap not provided- it is. Good location near good cafes.

Easy walk to the beach, clean and spacious room with lounge and kitchenette.We enjoyed our stay and would book again next time in Bondi.

A nice clean establishment located within a short walk of the famous Bondi beach.Although the units are not serviced on a daily basis the property is very clean and only a short walk from the shopping area.

The street frontage was a little confusing and not very promising but behind a good set of security doors and gates was a well laid-out old-style motel that has been upgraded to good modern budget standards. I was happy with the quality of the fit out and the kitchenette equipment. Some complimentary teabags would be nice. Overall happy with price and convenience.

Excellent location within walking distance of Bondi Beach, cafes etc. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Great location, generally good facilities and amenities, although there could be a considerable improvement to the shower and hand basin; which are very 80's in style and age... Would stay there again for sure!!!

Am not sure about the service apartment need to pay extra for the internet access but to my understanding of the quadlmark rating as 3 star and above should come with the internet access facilities. Beside, the heating system is not good enough especially during winter... If the above issue will improve in the future, to me I have no hesitation for recommendation. All the best and good luck!

Affordable and great location. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean.

Good location only a short walk to Bondi. We booked at very late notice and had no problems.

Office staff were helpful with booking a day tour. The room was stuffy, as the only windows in the bedroom were high up out of reach, so it was very difficult to let fresh air into the room, apart from leaving the front door open.

Apartments are small but functional. The place was clean, the off-street parking is great and it's not too far to walk to the beach (with shops and cafes along the way!). A great value place to stay if you're not looking for hotel luxuries.

The images make it look alot nicer than it actually is. The polished floor boards are actually vinyl with a woodprint over a concrete floor. The swimming pool is in the centre of the carpark. The kitchen is not very functional. The room only gets cleaned once a week and ours was only superficially clean when we arrived. There were smears on the bathroom benches, hairs in the shower and the floor was gritty. The furnishings were the absolute cheapest available and the normal little extras you expect, like tea and coffee sachets and a clean kitchen sponge were not provided. On a positive note the location was a convenient stroll to the beach and cafes and our room was pretty quiet. The security parking was also great. I would reccommend this as a budget accommodation option. Note for people with kids: There is no bath and they charge $5 a night for a porta cot.

Was very quiet and clean place to stay in bondi and great off street parking, I had an exam the next day and it was just what I needed. A bit dearer than I would normally pay but it was definately worth it.
