By road M23/A23 follow signs in to brighton and then to the seafront, At the pier turn right on to Kings Road and we are 700m along on the right, By train when you come out of Brighton station head stright down to the seafront and we are at the end of that road, Walking distance 10 minutes. |

Check in starts at 3pm and check out time is 11am.
If cancelled before noon 2 days prior to the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
When cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. |
