"There is very little that the hotel staff can do but it is very, very noisy because of the railway line and the tram lines.
The staff were great and the food in the restaurant good.

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of August. I was very pleased to find that my single room was quite large. The facilities were great and service was good. Location is handy as you can jump on a tram which will take you into town, or you can walk. The only down side was that on my first night, there appeared to be hair on my pillow, which I spoke to reception about the next morning. They sent the manager up to inspect and arrange changing of the sheets. Also, the english of one of the staff at reception was not that good, so she failed to explain properly the circumstances behind my TV not working and kept advising a repairmen was coming in the morning to look at it, which felt like she was giving me a mechanical response. It finally got looked at on my 3rd day there. As I was on my own, a working TV would have been a nice background distraction in the evenings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Line No. 7 runs to the shopping centre at Andel in Smichov in 10 minutes.
