Car parking:While space is available for up to 143 vehicles, should the parking facility become full you will be directed to an affiliated parking lot. Please understand that reservations for parking are not accepted. Parking fees for hotel guests, from 13:00 on the day of arrival to 13:00 the following day, come to 2,000JPY. Usage before and after these times will incur an additional charge of 400JPY per hour.
Child Policy:Child under 12 years old is free of charge if sharing bed with parents. No breakfast provided. No cots/ baby crib available at our hotel.
great hotel, just a little far from the action in osaka. check out the takoyaki museum in universal city walk next door.
Very clean hotel located near universal city osaka, a very good place to stay while visiting universal city. One concern was the room rate as it got cheaper a few days before our stay (checked at hotels.com), I was thinking by booking ahead it would be cheaper but then I guess that's what last minute deals are for...
We stayed here with our two children and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is great with Universal Studios straight across the road, also plenty of eating places in the City walk area. It was very easy to take a ferry ride across to the Aquarium as well.
This hotel was beyond my exspectation. It's a very nice hotel, and very accomodating.
If you have children, this place is fantastic...they really cater for families. The decor and atmosphere is just gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very close to Universal Studios Japan. As this is the official hotel for the theme park, it's very much geared toward visitors who are also visiting the park. I have to say considering how nice the hotel is, I was very surprised by the lack of smiles and warmth from staff. They all seemed very abrupt and "over it". I guess dealing with families and kids can take it's toll... They had a vending machine room on our floor and also for alcohol...very handy. The room service menu was pretty uninteresting...it's a pity they didn't have a bigger range to choose from. Overall, the beds were comfortable, and the actual hotel was gorgeous, it would have been "outstanding" if the staff were more friendly.
we arrived late at night and felt very tired. However, the receptionist was so nice that we had our rooms upgraded. Rooms and beds were large and spacious.
I have stayed twice in this hotel. Very clean and walking distance to Universal Studios Japan and train station. Will stay there again if I ever go to Osaka again.
