"If you have children, this place is fantastic...they really cater for families. The decor and atmosphere is just gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very close to Universal Studios Japan. As this is the official hotel for the theme park, it's very much geared toward visitors who are also visiting the park. I have to say considering how nice the hotel is, I was very surprised by the lack of smiles and warmth from staff. They all seemed very abrupt and "over it". I guess dealing with families and kids can take it's toll... They had a vending machine room on our floor and also for alcohol...very handy. The room service menu was pretty uninteresting...it's a pity they didn't have a bigger range to choose from. Overall, the beds were comfortable, and the actual hotel was gorgeous, it would have been "outstanding" if the staff were more friendly." - Anonymous

Car parking: While space is available for up to 143 vehicles, should the parking facility become full you will be directed to an affiliated parking lot. Please understand that reservations for parking are not accepted.

Parking fees for hotel guests, from 13:00 on the day of arrival to 13:00 the following day, come to 2,000JPY.
Usage before and after these times will incur an additional charge of 400JPY per hour.
