Turn right into Avenida Alexandre Rosselló in the direction of Plaza España for 1.5 km. Hotel Palacio de las Avenidas is located on your right a few metres away from Plaza España at nº x of Avenida Alexandre Rosselló and at nº x of Calle del Marqués de Fontsanta at the corner.

Lovely hotel to stay a couple of nights in. Excellent people & good service as well. Great location to be in. Definitely recommended.
Very warm welcome and good assistance from staff, before and during stay, full board was booked and dinner moved to alternative hotel as this hotel was hosting owners sons wedding. There was heavy mold on the bathroom ceiling, and round some of the fittings which was a great shame. I doubt if I would return which is a pity as the staff made us more than welcome
An excellent hotel at a very good price. The rooms are large and the facilities are impressive. A good urban location central to transport routes.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great rooms with good facilities although the hand held shower head is a pain.
Very good location for getting to anywhere else around Palma, and for getting to the University. Despite the busy scene outside, the room was quiet. Stylish rooms, imaginative features and free Wi-Fi, excellent reading lamps, this hotel served our needs very well.
