For families, Vinha chalet, Sobreiro, Mimosa and Oliveira are very inviting retreats located in between the hotel's gardens.

- From Lisbon:
Take the A1 motorway towards the north and leave at the Viseu exit. Take the IP3 until Mangualde exit. Take IC12 until Canas de Senhorim. EN234 road until Urgeiriça.
-From Oporto:
Take the A1 motorway towards Lisbon (south) and leave at the A25 Viseu exit. Then follow the A25 until Mangualge exit. Take the EN234 road. Drive through downtown Nelas until you reach the Urgeiriça Hotel.
- From Spain:
Cross the border at Vilar Formoso. Take the A25 until Mangualde exit. Take the EN234 road until Urgeiriça Hotel
By Train
- From Lisbon: Take the train the East Station (Estação do Oriente - Expo) in Lisbon. Take the Beira Alta Line.Exit at the Nelas Station. Take a taxi to the hotel.
- From Spain: Take the international train to Portugal (Coimbra) until you reach Nelas. Take a taxi to the hotel.
