"Had a lovely break in this hotel. It is very central - an 8 minute walk to La Ramblas and to the Barcelona Nord (bus station). The metro is just around the corner. The hotel itself has friendly, courteous, helpful staff. The room we occupied at the front of the building was ensuite and had a fridge in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom were well heated and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The noise was minimal although we overlooked a busy street. We got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and a lovely breakfast every morning. All this was included in the excellent room rate. We can recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in Barcelona. " - Anonymous
"This was a very neat hotel. Very friendly and helpfull personnel.
The only thing that was a bit less, was the size of the bed. I am 1,8m and I had to put my feet outside the bed.
Bathroom was very nice and tidy.

"The hotel is situated in the middle of the tourist area. Door to door with a very nice bar and restaurant. The price is low for Barcelona and the rooms are functional. Its not a hotel to stay in all day long, but very comfortable to sleep. Nice new bathrooms. Very nice staff. Its the perfect hotel to visit barcelona for a long weekend. "Very Spartan rooms, but the location is very good only 5 minute walk to the place catalunya. If you only need a bed for sleeping in while you visit barcalona this hotel will suffice. Handy for the metro, almost on the tourist bus route and 2 cafes on the door step. The only member of staff you may see is the receptionist. The rooms are clean with good bathroom facilities, stay but don't expect to relax and unwind in this hotel, it's purely a sleep factory." - trevor kubiak
