Vagabond Inn Palm Springs

I was on a trip visting my boyfriend the hotel wasn't bad it was clean they bring you fresh towels everyday if you need them housekeeping is a little bothersome but overall the place was great they do a cool continental breakfast they have a station for you to make your own waffles but if you want something different you best bet is to go out and eat i kind of wish check out a little later but overall the hotel was good for the pricei would definately go bad and recommend if you are looking for cheap but good quality in palm springs the vagabond is the place to go.

i had a really good experience. i didnt expect such a good loction and condition of the hotel. i went just for business but looking forward to do a family trip. thank you!

A great hotel not far from the center of Palm Springs. Has all the necessary facilities, wi-fi internet, very clean pool and basic breakfast. Strongly recommended.

The pool was a little smaller than I thought but the water was clean and the temp.was perfect.The hot tub was frothing for some reason but it cleared up a couple of hours later.I didn't like that check in was 4p.m. but the fellow did say we could use the pool when we arrived at 1 pm which was considerate.The check out at noon was just right. The breakfast was extremely good and the make your own waffles was a blast.The crew running the breakfast are to be commended for their wor .Bravo! A woman working the front desk from the midwest was very nice and helpful. To sum up I was very happy with all things(of course I would have liked it a little cheaper,but that just being frugal).This property never missed a step. Let me just say what came out of my mouth to my wife upon departing,"Wow.everything was just perfect!" I hope they keep with it I would love to go back and enjoy their hospitality once again. Thanks fellow vagabonds.

Not bad at all for the money. I've certainly stayed at far worse places for more money. We also stayed at the Palm Springs Wyndham during this trip, and although the Wyndham is very nice, the bang for your buck definitely goes to Vagabond (microwave, refrig, cold air conditioning -- all things the Vagabond had and the Wyndham didn't)

Very good hotel, location not very central, but close to the busy street. breakfast is brilliant, seat beside the pool, with quite nice view and nice food too.

Room was nice and large and comfortable. It was a quite area in the rear of the property. We really enjoyed our stay. Also many restuarants nearby. We will stay there agin.

This was a good find in Palm Springs for the price we paid. All of the amenities were as described. The only complaint is that as a two story motel with exterior entrances to all rooms, any noises outside the room are easily heard inside the room. At least one bus tour group was staying there when we were and between 7 and 7:30 am on a Saturday morning, the sound of many of them rolling their suitcases on the walkway outside our room as well as the sound of them at the pool area eating breakfast was a little much. We were also up at that time so it wasn't a huge deal, but if we were trying to sleep in, it would have been most annoying. A plus that we were not aware of beforehand was a computer in the lobby that provided internet access for free enabling us to check email easily and that was most appreciated. For the price that we were able to get this room, the value was extremely good.

Very clean. Our room was huge. Excellent air-conditioning. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Excellent value for your money.

This is a nice hotel. Good price, cleanliness, coffee maker and free breakfast. I will come back next time.

Excellent hotel at a great price............would definately stay there again.

This was just an excellent experience all around. The staff were very friendly, and they had extra "perks" not usually found in most hotels, like free internet access, fridge and microwave in the rooms. They were also happy to pass out free bottles of water out of the fridge at the front desk. The pool is pristine as are the deck and surroundings.

Had an exellent continental breakfast.
