In the event of a reservation cancellation, the reservation must be cancelled at the latest two days prior to the scheduled arrival by 2 pm (CET). If the cancellation is made after this time the amount of the first night will be charged on your credit card, in case of late cancellation and no -show will be charged on your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation.
