Getting there:Karamu Road is one of the main roads in and out of Hastings. Coming from the South follow the main Napier highway through Hastings City to Karamu road. We are on the right hand side just before the Showgrounds. Coming from the North, stay on the main Napier/Hastings costal road (Marine Parade Highway) through Clive and we are the first Motel on the left hand side entering Hastings.

despite being on the main road out of hastings this motel is wonderfully quiet!!. handily place for the town centre. Nice and clean and comfortable with lovely hosts. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay again.
better quality towels would have been nice
Quite Central. And the owners are really nice! Made immediate conversation as soon as we got in the door, which was warm & welcoming. Very helpful as well, offering us maps, advice etc. I would diffinitely stay here again. High Recommendation. Room was nice, as if it's a family parents can be upstairs, children downstairs.
The room looked relatively new as it had been recently renovated. It was good that there was a kitchen but it was a little small, otherwise it had everything you need. Location-wise it was a little out of time, but considering it was a small town anyway, it wasn't too far away from the city centre.

Very enjoyable stay and well appointed units.
We had a lovely time, the room was lovely and spacious, we appreciated the fact that they moved one of the single beds downstairs so that both our children could sleep together.
A friendly, helpful reception and nice spacious rooms. The one problem we had was sorted out immediately and without any fuss.
Very welcoming location no problem if you have a car.Easy drive to Napier.Great pub close by called the Cat and Fiddle Wednesday night Irish music group meet to sing to-gether. Great.
