The Hotel is ideally situated approximately 1 mile from the Hull city centre and only a few minutes walk away from Hull's new 43 million pound Kingston Communications Super Stadium, an ideal place for all sports events. The Vale is a perfect base to explore 'The Deep', one of the regions most popular tourist attractions. It offers live shows and guided tours and houses over 2500 fish and nine species of shark not to be missed whilst visiting the city.

There is free car parking, and it is probably the most conveniently situated for the city and motorway access, being only few minutes from the M62/A63 roads. By Bus: There are 2,23,35,64,66,155,700 or 701 services from the railway/ bus station By rail: The Hotel is situated approximately half a mile from Hull Paragon Station. Clean,tidy,quite basic accomodation,but if its just Bed and Breakfast you want then this is ideal.If in the area would use it again,very good prices.

TomTom did not find the correct address, and 2 other customers said the same thing at breakfast (which was very good and promptly served). The area is rather seedy but very convenient and the interior better than the exterior suggested. Secure parking makes this a good base for a visit to Hull.

to be fair the hotel is undergoing a major up-lift but the staff were helpful and the room was clean but basic.
