Getting there:From Airport: take the A5 to Haarlem, then go over on the A9 (from all directions) and take exit Haarlem Zuid / Zandvoort. At 3rd trafficlight turn left, at the next traffic light turn left again and you will see the hotel. By purblic transport from the airport or Center of Haarlem: BUS 300.

Big hotel, luxery rooms, big balcony, good and international breakfast. In only 10 minutes by bicycle you're in the centre of Haarlem.
Very big modern hotel with super breakfast (smoked salmon & champagne) and good if you have a car. Otherwise it's out of Haarlem centre and need a taxi if arriving by train (11 Euro).
Friendly welcome---We got an early check in-which was appreciated after an overnight flight. Lovely breakfast with candles.
Big rooms, excellent breakfast, bus transportation to Amsterdam just outside the hotel, good restaurant with excellent offer on a three course dinner. What else can I say, we really enjoyed our stay!
Breakfast is very good. Dining also but there are to less servants. Large room with bath and seperate shower!
The hotel reception personnel coulduse some training on customer relations. I have stayed at this hotel several times and at each time found the personnel not very friendly and helpful.

This hotel tries to be 4* but doesn't quite make it. Dirty bed covers but clean linen, desperately hot rooms in summer and no A/C, poor service in restaurant. Common but large balconies. Staff are friendly and accommodating in the main. Easy access to Haarlem and not difficult to get to Amsterdam. I would return to this hotel given what I now know and what to expect - for the price it is fine
Very poor assistance for a tourist with little or no info in english. Total lack of info on the bulb fields except for Kuekenhof. Access to and from rooms in the wing was very poor for older people.
Recently refurbished hotel, very welcoming with an excellent breakfast.
