Pros generally outweigh the cons - clean, firm bed, power shower, warm room in autumn, good kitchenette so saved a bit on eating out. You''d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in central London in this price range.

I like this hotel and would certainly recommend it to other budget travellers. It is clean and well located and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are on the small side, at least mine was, but it is great to have the possiblity to make breakfast in the room and store foodstuffs in a proper fridge. Also, a big plus for the flat screen TV, free cable and DVD service.

I had a great stay. Very friendly staff, excellent location. I'd stay there again.

Satisfactory for my needs.

The studio apartment was just what I needed for a few days' stay in London. It was equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. No lift available - avoid heavy luggage.

Great location - 15min walk from Paddington Station where the Heathrow express stops. 5 mins from the Bayswater Underground and busy Queensway Rd shopping & restaurants, Kensington Gdns and hop on, hop off tour buses. The hotel itself was great apart from our room (31). Although we were upgraded on arrival to a triple room which gave more space for luggage, the dble bed was small and felt like we would roll out all the time. Also the heavy neighbouring room doors were outside the bedhead wall - people (Duty Staff using room?) coming and going through the night kept us awake (also shower & exhaust fan in next room). 24hr security - great. VERY small and steep staircase to access 3rd floor or above (no lift), Bathroom/Shower very good. Biscuits tea, coffee, kitchenette, refridgerator great. Washing machine good - customer service great - would stay again - but ask for different room (not 11, 21, 31 etc) with bedhead away from other rooms.

Considering the daily rate, quality is excellent. Hopefully you won't change, I am planning to spend a week there in spring time.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in London. It´s clean, comfortable and has a great location!!! Will definetely stay there whenever I go back.

This was just what i needed , central, convenient to public transport and helpful friendly staff. As a woman travelling alone I also felt safe , and having self catering facilities was a bonus as i didn't feel like going out to eat.I got a great price deal too by booking through the internet.I would not hesitate to do the same again. congratulations on a great service!

Reception staff very efficient and helpful. Carpet in room 14 needs to be changed owing to fair wear and tear. In-house provisions of tea, coffee and shortbread biscuits were excellent.

For a one night stay, the location and the facilities were excellent. The room provided most things, but unfortunately there wasn't any cable/satelite tv, as i am a keen admirer of current affairs and sport. The kitchen was small and elegant. A nice sofa bed and double bed was extremely comfortable.
