Good bedrooms; strange decor in dining area ! Breakfast disappointing.
Great location, great decoration, fantastic views. I wouldn't change it for any of the 5* hotels in the location. A really pleasant surprise.
En plein centre ville, super ! Right in the center, good value, good breakfast !
The receptioninst Benedetto was very friendly and provided excellent services. Hats off to him. Though the locatiojn is very central with access path from city's main pedeastrian zone avaibale in 40 meters, access by cars is difficult due to the narrow and many one way roads. I had to fold both my side mirrors at one time as the small FIAT punto I hired in Palermo couldn't pass through a stretch on the way to the hotel parking lot.
The best thing about this hotel is its great location! Also the hotel has two terraces, one for breakfast time and another for a bar, with a very nice view. The breakfast buffet was very basic. Service was also basic but good enough. All in all, we were happy with our choice of the hotel.
a pleasant stay, a memorable view over the sea and mount Etna (not all rooms benefit of those view), one of the best location in the verry center of the town. The right price for the services. Difficult access by car to the hotel and reservation needed for a parking place !
the hotel needs internet for the guests.
Very good location, I am very glad of staying in this hotel
This hotel was beautifully situated high up in the picturesque town of Taormina and commanded wonderful views. My single room, although small, had a balcony with a sea view. The toilet had a slight odour - it could have smelt sweeter - but apart from that it was an excellent hotel with very good service. A few of the staff also spoke English which was helpful. The bar with adjacent balcony on the top floor is inviting provided it's not raining!
This Hotel is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Taormina with amazing views from the balconies of the seaside facing rooms. The rooms were nice and clean with airconditioning (essential for the hot evenings in Summer). The staff were pleasant and helpful and the continental breakfast was sufficient. The Hotel's decor is a little dated, but in some ways it adds to the charm of the place. Highly recommended.
