Getting there:We're located at 23 Clarence Street (just off Anglesea Street) at the south end of the central business district. When driving follow the directions to the city centre then locate Anglesea St between Victoria and Tristram streets.

Car parking:Off-street parking available is FREE of charge to inhouse guests. Limited undercover parking also available.
Child Policy:Roll-aways for extra children or adults charged at NZ$20.00 per person per night.
This is my second visit. Compared with one other Hamilton motel I have stayed in, this is superior and less expensive. Breakfast choices are excellent and included in the tariff. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And the free loop bus around Hamilton central means you can leave the car at Ventura. Recommend

Quite a pleasant hotel. Room was spacious and the complimentory breakfast was nice with a good variety. Close to restaurants.
Excellent - we stayed 3 nights in very comfortable beds and airy room with en suite. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious and we had a good variety of food to choose from. Helpful receptionists at all times.

Staff were very helpful and efficient, the facilities were clean and tidy and the continental breakfast was very well presented and a good variety of cereals and pastries.
Lovely modern decor in the room, comfy beds, great price. The only niggle was the less than average breakfast. And why can't these places do decent coffee??? I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, though.

It was reasonable compared to other places in Hamilton and loved the complimentary breakfast. Had noisy neigbours about 4am where they tried to knock down their door. Used very bad foul language which wasn't appropriate for our 10 year old!
