Ventures Hotel London

This is a budget hotel so don't expect anything more than budget accommodation. The room was very basic and small but sleep-able in with clean sheets each day. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We asked for extra pillows and towels and they were there by the time we got back from our day out. I am told the breakfast is excellent but we did not partake. The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from Marble Arch and Oxford Street and there are loads of excellent restaurants around it, especially Lebanese and Halal restaurants. Definitely worth a stay if you are on a very tight budget.

The staff of Ventures hotel are friendly and helpful. The location is good. 10 minutes walk to Oxford street and 12 to 15 minutes walk to Paddington Station. It is located in a multi-cultural district where you will find a lot of interesting and very good food. You may have an internet connection for 5 pounds a day. We got a family room and a double room. The size of the rooms were acceptable and there were bathrooms in the room. The bathrooms lack ventilation and the doors were squeeking. The hotel is not recommended for people who have difficulty walking or breathing difficulty. The stairs are steep. No lift available. The breakfast is NOT good. It would be better to find another place to have a breakfast. Sometimes, you might have to fall in line to get a table. It is okey to stay in the hotel if you do not expect too much

You will get exactly what are you supposed to get from a hotel in a central location with such a price. If you are a budget traveller looking for a central accommodation - then go for it. You won't be disappointed...

If you are looking for budget hotel with a good location then this is fantastic 5 mins walk from lancaster gate station. We were 4 lads wanting a cheap hotel for the weekend but its not the place for a romantic weekend. The reception was getting revamped so it consisted of a table and a chair. The room wasnt spotless to say the least. Staff were very friendly.

This is an ideal small place to stay if you need to be in this area of London. Good value for money. Recommended.

Pretty much what you would expect for a fairly cheap hotel. Convenient for Edgeware Road tube station, breakfast was good. Room fairly basic, though having a fridge was useful. A kettle, but no tea or coffee.

It's a small, friendly hotel in the heart of London. I spent three nights and the staff was very helpful and courteous. It was good value for money in one of the most expensive cities in the world for a visitor.
