The hotel has thirty slots in the basement which is available on first come,first served basis.

Child Policy:
Two under 12 years of age children can stay in the parents" room free-of-charge in their parents' room without an Extra Bed. Breakfast charges are AED 20 per child. With an Extra Bed, the Child Rates will be AED 145 nett with breakfast.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel until two days to my checkout date when i was told i was being charged for breakfast which wasn't stated in my booking,i really think rates to go should check properly with the hotel's management to avoid embarrassment next time. I'd love to stay there again but only with proper arrangement.

Staying at 3. flor, the noise from the nightclubs made it impossible to sleep before 3am. Staff was kind and polite, but the breakfast was below avarage. When we arrived, it was late and the reception could not find our booking, and the 3 of us places in a very little room, was not a pleasent start of the holiday. Would not recommend this hotel

the carpet in the room needs more cleaning. restaurant food not good. i think this three star hotel should be a budget hotel. good for short stays.

The hotel had a night club on ground floor (same as reception). I got a room on second floor above the club the first night. Impossible to sleep at all because of LOUD music. Second night I was moved up to 6th floor. Much better, but still I could hear the bass sound from the club.
