Located at Viaduct Point at Aucklands central city waterfront precinct, Viaduct Harbour. One minutes stroll to all the restaurants and cafes and Auckland city''s main shopping precinct: Queen Street, but away from the noise and bustle. One minute drive to Auckland Northwest, Southern and Northern motorway systems. There is a choice to garden or city view apartments, some have a glimpse of the harbour.

Getting there:
Viaduct Harbour Serviced Apartments Ltd - "Viaduct Point", 125 Customs Street West, Viaduct Harbour, Auckland, New Zealand. Located at Viaduct Point, corner of Customs Street West and Pakenham Street West, one block from the bottom of Nelson Street. Taxi best option for getting to Viaduct Point.

Check-in Procedure:
Our office is not manned 24/7, so an arrival time will have to be confirmed with the apartment complex to ensure someone is at the office to meet you on your arrival. Please contact the Manager Heidi Curtis on 09-968-4300 or 021-723-625 to arrange check-in time, thank you. Corporate Cab can be arranged for late airport arrivals at guests cost (approx NZD$65)

Car parking:
Secure underground carparking available at $10 per night.

Child Policy:
Children welcome. High chair, port-a-cot, baby bath available at no extra charge. Our two bedroom apartments have spacious outdoor courtyard areas for the little ones to have a run around in so come highly recommended. Extra guests for one bedroom executive (sofa bed use) will be charged $20 per night.

There were some issues with service - wrong dates were booked in by the manager etc, plus the instructions for finding the carparks and the need to use the key to exit the building by lift could have been improved. We had to get a resident to let us out! Actual "extras" such as milk on arrival, an emptied dishwasher would have been good and were in fact expected.

It doesn't get any better than this. Excellent price, great location and the apartments are very well catered for with nice furniture and bed. There's a little balcony and if you are lucky you might be facing the harbour. The people managing the apartments are very friendly and you can arrange your check-in time with them. We really enjoyed our stay here.
