Vibe Hotel Gold Coast

The staff were friendly, requested milk and batteries for the remote and were promptly given. Room is clean and comfortable and nice view towards the waterway. Location is on the edge of the Surfers Paradise centre which is a 1 or 2 blocks of walk away. Hotel is not so new but cant complain for the price I paid. I would happily stay here again

Lovely hotel, great views, inviting pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walk to beach. Best part was upgrade of room- thank you very much. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to direct us to best restaurants etc. Jet boat ride and whale watching boats both close by.

Was a short break but was great to relax & chill at a fantastic hotel; staff were always more than helpful & the service generally was of high standard. Definitely worth the trip, although short most enjoyable!

The room was fantastic, staff were nice enough but offered no assistance with car parking when the carpark was 100% full. We were not offered any rate reduction, car park vouchers or any form of assistance at all. We found car parking across the road which then cost us an additional $25.00 per night while the other 400 people got theirs included.

Notified of later check in (11.30pm) Got to room and only one bed - had requested 2! Had to wait a considerable time to be fixed, which made for a very late night. Breakfast a little overpriced and was considerably cold (for bacon, eggs etc!) Paying for parking had not been mentioned!

Great place to stay in the middle of party central. Worth staying at & I'll stay there again.

Great location, only minutes away from everywhere you want to be close to and with very clean room and good amenities. Continuous knocking noises heard through the ceiling and walls during the 7 night stay...little annoying! Front desk staff were very short and quite rude upon both check in and check out to not just my party but those before and after me and although peak periods with many guests around they must remember the golden rule of hospitality - to service all guests with a smile and pleasent tone...they are the ones who make your business!

Fantastic value hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Great service and cooperative staff, cheap parking. Lovely pool and surrounding area. Very close to Cavill Avenue. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again.

Convenient location, very clean, spacious room. Quiet aircon, great view from balcony. Buffet breakfast generous & well priced.

We enjoyed being so close to all the attractions at surfers paradise, and spent a lot of time relaxing beside the pool.

It was nice and close to Surfers. The all you can eat breakky is really good and well worth the money

Overall is good. We are disappointed for not having wifi service during our stay.

We were in Surfers Paradise on business and the location and Hotel amentities were perfect for our requirements. Staying at Vibe enabled us to have a bit of R&R at the same time.

A nice hotel with fantastic river views, good security n great location, just a short walk from the beach and amenities, room is refurbished and clean, good size for 2A and 1 toddler , breakfast is alright. Love sitting at the balcony for a cuppa in the morning. Will recomend it to friends. Get a room facing the river.
