Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Sydney

We have just had a 4 night stay at this hotel. We booked a king suite and had a good view of both the park and main road. Thought traffic and nearby train line could cause some noise but was suprised at just how quiet it was. Staff were very helpfull and pleasant and our room was always clean and well serviced. Very happy with the location which is only 10 min walk from Kings Cross and nearest rail station. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. We would be very happy to stay at this hotel when we again visit Sydney

The hotel location is fantastic, close to the city, yet with the bonus of Rushcutters Bay park a stones throw away. The hotel decor is funky, but the rooms very small. Loved the bar area, casual and quiet and the buffet breakfast represents good variety and value. Overall - a pleasant stay and will come again!

Comfortable value for money but close to the red light area of Kings Cross and a longer than expected walk from the Opera House

The Hotel is very close to the CBD for business purposes and close to other areas for entertainment / leisure purposes. Transport is no problem and the cost of transport is minimal. Car parking is available at the Hotel. Ruscutters Bay is an excellent location. The only negative comment I have is that there is limited dining, particularly after 9.30pm; and there are limited food outlets close by that are open after 9:30pm. Other than this limitation, I think it is good value, noting the location. I shall be returning again.

Great location if you are just wanting to be outside the city fringe. Taxi's are easy to find and just down the road from all the great restaurants.

As a business executive, when I travel all I really want from my room is that it is very clean, the staff are efficient and friendly and that the price is reasonable. My only thought is that the breakfast was a little on the simple side, I would have liked more choice, but if all you want is toast and coffee, maybe some cereal or the basic hot menu then it was good. All my expectations were met and when I travel to Sydney again I will definitely have this venue as one of my preferred options.

I keep going back to this hotel. Great location for work, close access to CBD and access to shopping. Has car parking that fits my high roofed vehicle. The kids love the pool. They 'upgraded' me to a junior suite which on this occasion was not what suited me, so they happily accommodated me in the park view king room. The food is nothing special but very close to other restaurant choices in Kings Cross, Paddington etc. Taxis are always readily available.

This hotel is located a fair distance from town but the transport system is good. We bwould stay here again

We enjoyed our third stay at this hotel. We arrived early (12.30pm) and were looked after. We enjoyed a quiet room at the rear of first floor. Only negative - we felt that breakfast had reduced in choice and quality. ie: no museli and hot selection a bit fatty and overcooked. We will return to the convenient location and good value. Internet was expensive !!. Ian (Perth).

I have stayed here once before and this stay was as I expected it to be. The king bed was comfortable, however the feather pillows were too flat for my liking. The room was spacious and clean. A good mid-range hotel. Staff were good. There is a fairly big hill to walk up to get from the hotel to Kings Cross.

The hotel is located on a busy road with much traffic noise. Early in the morning a number of female guests returned to their rooms making a great amount of noise and disturbing the other guests. On the same day and later that same morning, but still early, someone was knocking on a number of rooms, I assume, to ensure flight crew were up and ready for work. The hotel really must do something about its sound proofing.

Staff excellent. Very pleasant and helpful.

It is what it is. I needed quick and affordable accommodation and thats what Vibe provides.

We were greated by happy staff who were freindly. The location for us was great as we walked to the ferry which gives access to nearly all of Sydney. Godd facilties & nice room with a park view. Very satisfied.

Sayed there on business and defintely recommend. A very good hotel at reason rates. The hotel has everything and is close to the city without being in the hussle of he CBD.
