"A good value-for-money, busy hotel in a great location. I stayed for seven nights in a large, nicely appointed room overlooking the park; very comfortable king-sized bed, tea & coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board plus a decent sized bathroom. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful, the housekeeping staff reacted promptly to my request for additional coat hangers and the room service dinner I had one of the evenings was excellent. The downsides: breakfasts are mediocre (my tip is to order a decent coffee from the bar but have breakfast elsewhere); my used room service tray was ignored outside my door for more than 24 hours, the internal sound proofing is not great and there were some dead leaves on the carpet outside the lift on my floor which remained there for my entire stay ... Overall though I would recommend the Vibe and would stay there agin." - Pauline Hudson-Evans
"For the price received the hotel is a fair value. Otherwise it is not strong with service. Been with Vibe 2-3 times now. Each occasion there is something they miss with check ins, room designation, steam service, change rooms. There should be alittle more discipline with the services.
I would return again though." - Anonymous
