Victoria 4 Hotel Madrid

With wood floors throughout and no carpets, the hotel provides excellent value for money with a great location and helpful staff. The shared breakfast arrangements with the restaurant next door work well and keep costs down. Everything was really clean with floors mopped daily andfresh linen. Would recommend.

Excellent location for visiting sights and very close to lots of good places to eat, especially the Taverna Buscolo. Our room was facing the street and it was noisy in the very early hours of the morning with lots of happy people. Would still recommend staying here. Decent breakfast each morning is included. Helpful staff

Nice hotel, centrally located, near shops and metro.

Ideal location to start a visit of Madrid. Quiet a lot of street noice though (deliveries/bins/shouting people) but overall ok.

Ideally located,spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts OK but lacked variety, the inclusion of a boiled egg would be much appreciated.[a comment I also heard from other guests] Our room was on the top /attic floor so only had a small high window.This was not a problem and afforded greater quietness but in the summer months may be somewhat oppressive despite the aircon. Would also recommend the airport shuttle sevice that the hotel uses.Very quick and effeicient ,also avoids the metro when you are tired unfamiliar and possibly vulnerable .However, I would not hesitate to use the public transport system. We found it excellent and safe.

This hotel is excellent, from the very helpful and knowledgable Desk Clerk to the hotel itself. Very good food , terrace and rooms. Very spacious and location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. almost reluctant to sing its praises as we will be going back and the hotel is apparently always overbooked.

Breakfast was not the Best

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants on the same street. The staff were exceptional in their service and attention to detail and helpfulness. The free internet in the room and wireless throughout the hotel is unbeatable for those that need to be connected. Rooms were clean and modern. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels and this is definitely closer to a 4 star. Would recommend this hotel highly.

Amazingly clean, convenient, spacious, and well-designed. The only downside of it is the breakfast room which is overcrowded and without central heating. The restaurant would be a big asset to the hotel if it improved the quality of its food and service.
