"This hotel & price are perfect , the rooms are big and clean, the staff is friendly, however, I would stay closer to the grotto if you are unable to walk hard, if your health is good, then you can save a lot of money and stay here, the souvenir shop on the left of the hotel on the way to the parochial church is a lot cheaper than closer to the grotto. On the way down there is a gelato place and you have to try the "violet" is very good. " - Hedy Santana

The residence is entirely air conditioned and has a private car park (which must be booked in advance).
The residence is located just 5 minutes walk from the sanctuaries of Lourdes and the city centre. Staff is able to help organise visits anywhere in the Pyrénées region.

From Toulouse:
- Take the A64 motorway and the exit direction”Lourdes”.
- Then follow “centre ville” and the “Grotte”
By train:
Stop you at the Lourdes train station.
From the station, 3 options are possible:
- come by foot : it will take around 15 minutes
- come by taxi : it will cost around 10€
- come by bus : there is a bus stop in front of the residence
By plane:
The airport is at 13 km from Residence Victoria Garden. You can only go to the residence by a taxi (it will cost around 30€). The residence can order a taxi if you wish.
