"I booked a delux double room, I even spoke to someone online about the booking. I was not informed that there were zero facilities in the room - not even a wash basin to wash your hands. All facilities are down the hall. I got such a shock to find that a double delux room did not have a shower or toilet or wash basin in the room.
I stayed for a week and no clean towel, sheets or the rubbish bin was not even emptied in that time. They demanded a $200 deposit in case I broke anything - there was nothing in the room to break except an alarm clock which went off at midnight everynight.
