"i think i will never come back again. yes the price is cheap enough, but after 2 days stay in victoria hall, i would rather pay alittle bit more for a better hotel. The rooms, the walk way, and the bathrooms are kind of dirty, especially the wall in the rooms, are stained! i mean u wont dare to sleep near the wall given when u see the stained on it. The carpets are old and dirty i reckon they should change all over. The shower will turn to cold water if there is someone also having shower next to u." - Anonymous
