Our setting is in the Heart of Hamilton City. Across from the Casino and only a few doors down from the tranquil Garden Place and City plaza. We are surrounded by restaurants, boutique taverns, theaters, entertainment and river walks, therefore more a hub for many guests either staying for business or pleasure. Within walking distance from the bus transit terminal, a taxi rank on our doorstep and secure basement level parking access is simplistic. Reception hours are 7am till 7pm. Turn right off Victoria as you face south into Collingwood ( one way turn here) and go 25m to access lane beside bus stop on right. Turn into the lane and proceed into the basement car park straight ahead. Dedicated walkway into Hotel for safety.

Room was clean and very large and must have been the furtherest from reception. With all that room it was sad to see the lack of storage space in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent (right in the heart of the city and close to a range of eateries). Parking was secure(once you found where it was), internet was easily accessed and staff were courteous. I would certainly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but longer than that I would want better "kitchen" facilities - filling the kettle from the bathroom sink sucks and juggling counter space is a pain.

The room was ordinary but clean. The facilities were adequate. There was no outside window. The bathroom fan was extrememly noisy and we could not turn it off. I think the room was overpriced, particularly as the Hotel is currently undergoing rennovation.
Still under renovation. Room stayed in was newly decorated. Large bedroom. Did't like the ants in the kitchen unit and bathroom - no one seemed interested in the issue when advised. Walls are a bit thin. Good price for onlly 1 night.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room appointments very basic although room was large. Has just changed hands and some renovations are underway with regard to reception area. Buffet breakfast 3 doors from the hotel was nothing elaborate but adequate if somewhat plain. Hotel (at least the room we had) could in no way be described as luxury but it was clean and reasonably priced.
The sheets were felt very soft and the room was modern and new, even went so far as to provide a chair and ash tray on the balcony. Would go back again
