"I booked a suite for my parents and myself for 4 nights. The suite was spacious and modern, and the extra bed that they provided for my use was comfortable. However, i found that the room service was rather slow in responding to requests. We requested for a set of cutlery and waited about an hour and made two chaser calls before it arrived. However, hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful. My mom had an abrasion on her ankle and asked for a plaster and she got two immediately. I wanted a phone number of a particular restaurant and even though i could only provide them with the name and rough location, they managed to obtain it for me. Breakfast was rather standard though and there may not be sufficient range of food especially for elderly Asians who are used to Asian food as a great portion of the breakfast buffet consist of Western/American food.
