Getting there:Direction from München (Munich)/Innsbruck: Highway A1 direction Vienna => exit Salzburg Mitte => straight ahead to "Zentrum" =>follow the main road "Ignaz-Harrer-Strasse" => across the river => "St. Julien Strasse" => under the railway=> "Gabelsbergerstrasse" => at the second traffic light turn right => "Paracelsusstrasse" => after approximately 150 meters you will find our hotel Direction Wien (Vienna)/Linz: Highway A1 => exit"Salzburg Nord" => straight ahead to "Zentrum" => follow the "Vogelweiderstrasse" to the end of the street => turn right => then "Schallmooser Hauptstrasse" to the end of the street =>turn right => "Franz-Josef-Strasse" => after approximately 150 meters you will find our hotel on the left => turn around the block("Hubert-Sattler-Gasse" 12)

Location is good to access old town but not convenient if you take train. Very quite place for holiday.

Friendly staff. Room displayed "old world charm" if not a touch shabby. But very clean.
Very good breakfast. Walking distance to the old town and also conveniently located to the train station. Small hotel and the rooms are adequate. One English channel (CNN) on TV.
Excellent hotel around 5 minutes walk from Mirabell Gardens, buses to the lakes, and saltmines in Germany. The old town is around 10 minutes on foot, as is the main railway station in the opposite direction. The only criticism is that the breakfast room is a bit small, so you may have to wait to get your breakfast in the morning. The breakfast itself is very good!
Rooms are very small and simple, location is on the other side of the old town but close to Mirabell Gardens and breakfast was pretty good.
