Our 3-bedrooms deluxe-villa is perfect for families or groups of friends. It has a spacious air-conditioned living area as well as a kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and a large outside terrace for relaxing next to the gardens. A color TV set is placed in the living room area and an in-room safe deposit box is available in the master bedroom and second bedroom. Availability: 2 units. The size is approx. 200 sqm + 40 sqm terrace, maximum capacity: 6 adults. "We were really happy with our stay. It wasn't just staying in any old place it was staying in "Bali". Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. They dont tend to wash the floors but that was the least of our worries. The resident geckos were lovely and added to the atmosphere. If you are elderly request a downstairs room. Also the lighting was quite bad in our room but the others we went into was good. The location isnt overly handy as you require a taxi to get anywhere but they are always on hand. Costs about 5000rp to get t o Kuta. Great for a relaxing family getaway. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this place to anyone." - Anonymous

Hotel Description:    Hotel Vila Lumbung is an exotic Balinese boutique style resort with 31 units (14 free standing two storey villas each featuring well appointed garden floor rooms and luxurious rooftop floor rooms as well as 3 deluxe villas. All villas are in the Lumbung style with typical Balinese thatched roofs, built around a gorgeous 2-levels swimming pool with waterfall, Lotus pond and cave and surrounded by masterly designed lush tropical gardens. There are also Superior Rooms located in 3 storey building, are a perfect combination of modern chic, teak furnishings, elegantly tied with traditional Balinese motifs. Hotel Vila Lumbung has a beautiful restaurant with many garden terraces and an adjacent pool bar, an art shop, a spa studio, a tour desk, business centre and high speed internet access with wifi hot spots.

Operational Philosophy
The idea to build the Hotel Vila Lumbung originated from the need to find the right place for close friends, who make the long journey from the west, and who wish to find the best accommodation with good taste and an exotic flair. There are perfect places in Bali, unfortunately, out of most people's price range. Less expensive places are not so perfect; so this is our approach to reach the heights of hospitality and comfort at an affordable price. To make it economically viable, it can't be for friends only, so feel free to join us.

Getting There: Hotel Vila Lumbung is located 5 km northwest of Legian/Kuta, away from the crowd and perfectly situated to enjoy your holiday in quietness and tranquility, though only a 5 - 10 minutes taxi-ride away from the shopping places of this pulsing tourist center. Petitenget, with its important temple next to the sea and just minutes from Seminyak, has developed into the favorite restaurant and entertainment area for the expatriate community here with many of Bali's best known restaurants in the vicinity.

TRANSPORT
• Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport is an approx. 30 minutes taxi-ride from the hotel.
• Airport Transfers to and from the hotel can be arranged at the front desk in the lobby.
• A 3 minute shuttle service between the hotel and the Hotel Vila Lumbung Beach Club at Hotel Resor Seminyak, Petitenget beach is provided free of charge (see schedule at front-office desk)
• Car and motorbike rentals can be booked at the Guest Relations' Desk.
