This ancient country-house is located only 100 metres away from the sea, the main port and it is only a few kilometres from the white beaches (pumice-stone and obsidian quarries).
The country-house was transformed into a hotel in 1950.
It is located just in the historical centre near the Aeolian archaeological museum and is easily accessible going through a typical Aeolian narrow street that, through a vault entrance with a stone arcade, takes you to a special and elegant garden where all the country-house structure develops.

The Hotel is in the centre of Lipari at a walking distance to all the most important sites.
Lipari is the main port town with all essential services and amenities (banks, pharmacies, hospital etc.,).
The nearest bathing beach is Porto delle Genti, a 300m walk from the harbour. The beaches of Canneto are at 3 kms . A frequent bus service linking island stops is available.
