"We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment and the room was spacious, modern, clean and well-decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu from the living room was spectacular. In room facilities which included washer, dryer, stove/oven, disher washer, etc. were all in very good condition. Utensils, china, silverware were all very clean, new and well stocked. The only minor items in short supply or lacking were paper kitchen towels and tissue. Although not exactly in the town centre, it was only a 3-5 minute drive. We highly recommend Villa Del Lago, especially for folks who appreciate having your own kitchen and laundry facilities.
