Coming from North: on the A12 in direction of Livorno take the exit Rosignano Marittimo and continue on the E80. On the E80 take the exit Follonica Est follwing the indications for Massa Marittima on the SS439. Just before reaching massa marittima enter the village of Valpiana pass its centre and after 150 mt turn left under the main road into the countryside following signs for Villa il Tesoro.
