"Your booking specification was ignored - the room was not twin-bedded and was standard not superior. Although the room was adjusted to twin beds, reception was not sympathetic to the request of a superior room and informed us your web-site was incorrect. [Hotel manages own info on lastminute websites]
The hotel was also noisier than anticipated and with inadequate air-conditioning.
Breakfast was not in keeping with a 4* hotel.
