This place lived up to my expectations and in most cases exceeded them. If your bouncing from site to site trying to find the best place to stay in Cabo, look no further. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is the bed wasn't as comfortable as my bed at home, but it was way better then most hotel beds I've stayed in. The Villa De Arco and Villa De Palmer are on either side of you and are also very nice places. Villa De Palmer for a more "kid friendly" "more activities" place. La Estancia was nice and quite when you want to relax, but close enough to the action when you want to party.
My 21 year old son and I had a great stay. Cabo is a beautiful part of the world and December is a good time because the weather is dry and warm and the numbers are low. Fishing is great if you like catching Marlin. Hotel was great - suggest ask for a suite, they are roomy with ocean views. They also have adjoining smaller rooms, shared entry and partitioned balcony, with 2 beds if you have an extended family. The town is $7 taxi ride away. Beach is nice - but steep so gets deep quickly. Reception entries smell of mortein. Convenience store ok for emergencies, better range and prices in town. If you like English tea closest is Te' Negro (Black Tea) take it with you or you or hunt around the big supermarkets. overall a great experience, we will be back.
