"This hotel needs to be refurnished and then it will be a lot better. When we arrived at the reception the person could not make our magnet keys so we have wait a long time. 2 times the maid came in our room without knocking. In conclusion : For this price do your best !" - Anonymous

"The rooms are increadibly small (you can't even open te doors of the closet, because it is so close to the bed!), and there is actually no space in the badroom. Personal at the reception is unfriendly, and there is no lobby/leisure room to rest or wait for friends. I needed to have some work done at at night, and there was no room where I could sit quiet with my computer working. I had to do it in the room while my friend was sleeping. Breakfast is good (a good buffet) but the underground room is tiny and unfriendly. I won't stay in this hotel again. Compared to other hotels in Paris I have booked through [website], this one is terribly over-priced for the service and comodities they offer." - Maria Rendas
