Villa Matarazzo has been conceived to meet the expectations of the most discerning traveller, and everything has been designed and realised with extreme care; the hall, furnished with leather sofas and armchairs, can be used as a relaxing reading room or a discreet conversation space, as well as a place for meetings or a gathering for a toast with friends.
Immersed within a wide private park of 30,000 m2, that was designed by the landscape architect Augusto Cicchetti in the 1940’s, the villa is situated just a few minutes away from the sea and in the middle of an ancient region, surrounded by fortresses and castles.       |

On leaving the toll of CATTOLICA-SAN GIOVANNI-GABICCE MARE on the motorway A14 (BOLOGNA-ANCONA), stay on the right and after 400 meters turn on your left following the signpost to GRADARA-PESARO (SS16). Once you enter the highway (SS16), turn on your right after more or less 2 km keeping following the signpost to GRADARA. Go on for about 1 km to the first crossroad, then turn on your left and go up the hill. Villa Matarazzo is there.. |
