Well located, value for your monney. I would recomend it ATTENTION: don't book in hot periods, the airco doens't work and the hotel is verry hot, so you need to be able to sleep with open widows

A lot of problems (noise and access) with the building working around the Hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to most points of interest and there a a huge number of dining & drinking options within a 10 min walk. The rooms are a good size for a European capital and were well serviced. Only negative i found was that they are doing construction in the square in front of the hotel, its not a huge issue however.

The hotel was in a brilliant location but the staff lacked the sort of service one would expect from a five star hotel. The room was ok but the view was of a row of washing lines at the back of the hotel not very pleasant on a Summers day.

This is a good hotel with very satisfactory facilities and a good quality of service. Its position and very helpful staff ensured our stay was a most enjoyable experience.

No comment on meals except that breakfast buffet was fine.

I was very impressed with this hotel. There was a welcome letter and a complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us in our room. Nice after a day of travel. This hotel has thought of the small details that make a stay pleasant such as fresh flowers in the room, bath robes and slippers, ample closet space and great light in the bathroom. The location was fabulous and the staff very smart, helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location for several of Madrid's best museums, Museo Del Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, and the Museum of Modern Art. Two minute walk to the central point for some of the bus tours. The room was very nice (although the air-conditioning unit was extremely loud).

Hotel is within easy walking distance to loads of tourist attractions and about 5 mins walk to nearest Metro. Rooms are very modern, comfortable and spacious and good value for money for top end hotel.

Very helpful staff in all departments. Reception recommended and booked excellent restaurants.
