"Nice staff and quite professional.
Rooms OK, but can be noisy from traffic if at the front. Ask for rear.
Pricing can be good on some sites.
Hotel is near Botanique. Not an upmarket area, but quite an interesting bohemian place. Botanique gardens very beautiful. Some quite nice restaurants - check out the art noveau resto 200 meters from the hotel. A really good flemish/french mix.
