The Villa Sunshine is a classic Mediterranean Villa which is ideally situated along Cape Town’s prestigious Atlantic Seaboard. In close proximity to several of Cape Town’s tourist attractions, Villa Sunshine is still able to provide its guests with a peaceful setting within walking distance of restaurants and shops to meet your every need.
With only 7 double rooms guests are guaranteed of a unique and intimate living experience. Each of our rooms comes fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. These include coffee/tea making facilities, complementary cookies, snacks, personal safe, television with M-net, ceiling fan and wireless internet access (extra charge). Most of our rooms also have access to private balconies and patios.
Alternatively, guests may opt for a more individual experience. In addition to the guesthouse in Bantry Bay, we also offer stylish, self catering apartments. Situated in Sea Point (within walking distance of the guest house), the same standard of care and attention to detail can be expected. With a large swimming pool, barbecue area as well as gym and laundry service; guests have the unique opportunity of making their stay as familiar and homely as possible. All our apartments are self catering.
Both the guesthouse as well as the apartments is desirously situated in Cape Town’s wind-free zone.

TAKE N2 FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO CAPE TOWN, THEN DIRECTIONS TO SEAPOINT (M6)
Then follow instructions below:
COMING FROM CAPE TOWN, TAKE WESTERN BOULEVARD (M6) LEADS INTO BEACH ROAD (STILL M6) TO SEAPOINT.
AT THE END OF BEACH ROAD YOU WILL GET TO A TRAFFIC CIRCLE,
GO UP THE HILL TOWARDS MOUNTAIN INTO QUEENS ROAD. DO NOT TURN RIGHT INTO VICTORIA ROAD.
THIRD LEFT INTO ROCHESTER ROAD WHERE THE SIGN OF VILLA SUNSHINE IS SEEN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF QUEENS ROAD.
WE ARE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AT THE CORNER OF ROCHESTER ROAD
AND KINGS ROAD.
