"make sure you organise the transfer with them up front from the airport or port - as they are a fair distance and is included as long as done up front.
There is no one at the villa on service they are at a tour/travel agency - they are helpful however the summer workers can be a bit short.
Basic clean place.

The Birds is a small newlly build hotel with 2 maisonettes and 4 double rooms situeted in Perissa very close by the black sandy beach in a nice and quite spot close by the center of the village. HOTEL FACILITIES: Swimming pool, Pool bar, Sun beds and umbrellas (breakfast offered at your room or at the pool) ROOM FACILITIES: Air condition, color TV, Fringe, tasteful decoration, and balcony.
After your request we can arange a delivery from the port or the airport to your room.
The birds also have some new building close by of new Apartments .
Our new houses are situated in Perissa village 600m from the beach in a very nice and quite spot.
All houses have separate bedroom and can accommodate from 2 up to 5 people.
There is a swimming poll with sunbeds, children pool and outdoor Jacuzzi
Very nice private balcony with nice view.
Full equipped kitchen, safe deposit, TV, cd player, hair dryer and private computer for internet access in your house, a/c, large bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
After your request we can arange a delivery from the port or the airport to your apartment.
On the apartments building there is an outdoor barbeque area that you can use.
