The Vina Hotel is a gem. Just off the main road but still close to shops and restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel special. A breakfast box was packed for our trip to the DMZ as we left before the restaurant opened. Asked about the trip when we returned. Staff even accompanied us to the the main street to have a good restaurant pointed out. A great experience and will stay there again.
Arrived on cold,wet day,streets can get very muddy and dirty,had several power cuts, no heating in room.Otherwise hotel itself had all the plus points about it.The hotel's city tour was NOT the best and be prepared to take cash with you as ALL entrance fees were not included.The lunch included was a feeding frenzy,disorganised and embarassingly "grab"as much as you can as quickly as you can.Not what I am used to at meal time.

Top marks for Vina from me. Very clean and close to the centre of town. A short walk to everything you need. Happy and pleasant staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Well done.
A great find - pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation & friendly staff/service in a great location.
Staff were unbelievably attentive and assisted us with all of our travel arrangements - room was modern, new and very clean. We missed having pool available because it was so hot but otherwise could not fault it. Would recommend to anyone wanting a motel in Hue.
Our stay here was good. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The included breakfast was pretty nice, with a choice of omelet or Hue-style beef noodle soup, plus the usual buffet fare. The staff was friendly and helpful...we ended up contacting them several times for various silly things, and they were always quick to respond. One of us wasn't feeling well, so we spent most of one day lazing around the room, and it was a pretty pleasant place to do so! The hotel is a couple of blocks from the main tourist beat, but not too far. Would stay again.
