The hotel Vincci Selección Canela Golf 5* is located in a typical Andalusian style building surrounded by orange groves, olive and eucalyptus trees. It is located in Isla Canela (Ayamonte), in a priviledge location right in the middle of a 18-hole golf course, offering great views from all its rooms. Only 50 minutes away from Faro (Portugal) international airport, and 150 kms. from Seville, it is also very close to the beautiful beach of Isla Canela. The Vincci Selección Canela Golf 5* has one à la carte restaurant with terrace offering “nouvelle cuisine” and traditional gastronomy. Its proximity to both themountains and the sea allows us to have the best products during all year. Among its facilities you will find outdoor swimming pool, private parking, bar-cafeteria with terrace, golf clubs storage, sauna, turkish bath, fitness center, 2 meeting rooms with the most modern equippement and capacity for 25 and 40 persons. The hotel also offers laundry service, room service and masaje lounge. It has 58 rooms equipped with separate bath and shower, anti-vaho mirrow, hair dryer, bathrobe and bath shoes, four pillows, direct telephone, internet conection, satellite TV with more than 20 channels including a golf channel, minibar and safe. Rooms with terrace and non-smoking rooms are available. All rooms have wonderful views of the golf course.

Getting there:Located right in the heart of Isla Canela Golf Course, close to the beach. 25 minutes from Huelva (highway A49, exit 131: Ayamonte North), 45 minutes from Faro international airport and 70 minutes from Seville (highway A49, exit 131: Ayamonte North). GOLF Its proximity to the coast and to the mouth of the Guadiana river, together with its vegetation, make the Isla Canela Golf Club an incomparable course to make the most of your golf. It has an average length of 5,937 meters from the yellow tees and is a very versatile course with wide fairways moulded by the natural dunes and the spectacular lakes. The vegetation and, more specifically, the trees, make the course difficult at times as there are orange, olive and eucalyptus trees placed in strategic spots around the course, as well as numerous palm trees.
Check-in Procedure:Check-In time is guaranteed from 2:00 PM; however we will endeavour to have rooms available for arrival from 10:00 AM. Upon check-in a valid passport or official identity card must be presented along with a valid credit card. Please note this hotel does not accept American Express cards.

Good property and building, air conditioning with wrong numbers and they do not tell the clients until they ask if it's broken. I quote the service as bad because this is a 5 star hotel but the service does not match, if you have any problem they don't help properly. ATTENTION: The beach is far (not 1km) and it has rivers and durty, not good for bathing. Although the golf is good.
Absolutely loved the Hotel and its location on the Golf Course. We would certainly return there.
Well appointed hotel with excellent facilities. Price of booking room only is very good but meals a bit on the pricey side. Staff friendly and helpful and most spoke good english. The hotel is a bit out of the town so you need a car - unless you are planning just to laze around at the hotel and / or play golf.
This hotel is not a five star hotel. A few samples: after midnight the bar was closed and we couldn't even get a bottle of wine in the room. The pool was not heated and even the outside jaccuzi had cold water.
Facilities are excellent for a golfing holiday. Not much in the way of restaurants or other conveniences close to the property.
Luxury room overlooking the golf course, recommended.
This was a great hotel. The most comfortable bed I have experienced in Europe so far. The town of Ayamonte was small, quaint and wonderful. Nice shopping, restaurants and a park in the middle with a small zoo . The hotel was between the town and the marina which had more nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. I would definately stay here again!

In September we enjoyed a superb standard of accommodation for a very reasonable rate. The hotel provides an excellent base for those who are not just there for golf but who want to explore other parts of the Costa de la Luz.
This was a lovely peaceful hotel beautifully situated on the golf course. The restaurant was excellent. Our only complaint - a cracked washbasin,which we reported on arrival, was replaced 48 hours later. Definitely one for a return visit
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return. Our only comment was that, although the staff were all excellent, the hotel seemed a little short on staff
Five star accommodation set on golf course. Hotel offers substantial green fee discounts. Faultless luxury at very affordable prices. Highly recommended.
