Getting there:Arriving to the Hotel couldn't be easier with the Metro station Sevilla almost next door and all major motorway routes ending in la Plaza de Cibeles 0,5km from the Hotel. From the Airport, taxis are available 24hrs a day.
Check-in Procedure:Check-In time is guaranteed from 2:00pm however we will endeavour to have rooms available for arrival from 10:00am. Upon check-in a valid passport or official identity card must be presented along with a valid credit card. Please note this hotel does not accept American Express cards.
Car parking:Public parking 100 meters away. 20 euros / per day (aprox.)
Child Policy:0-2 years old free of charge sharing room with 2 adults.
We booked 2 rooms (for 4 adults) and reseption told there is only 1 room. We had a voucher for 2 rooms but they could not confirm that. Fortunately we got 2 rooms and did not have to pay another room again.
Location location location
For this price I expect free wifi (not EUR 10 per hour). Other hotels in Madrid (same category but cheaper) offer free wifi. Room was small and cramped. Decoration felt fragile (cheap), warping waferthin floorboards etc.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the hotel, location was perfect, hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and well designed. I would definately stay in a Vincci hotel again.

The location is actually fine but the street is pretty seedy. I would have expected better for the 4 stars your website gave it. The room was nice although small but that is typical for a European hotel. The bathroom was very modern with all the necessary comforts. The whole hotel was quite funky.
Generally very good in terms of service, and location couldn''t be better. However, the room (which was supposed to be a superior room, was small, and the views from the terrace ar certainly not fantastic. Everything well designed, but annoyingly they didn''t have enough cables for their internet access. So don''t rely on that.
This is like a boutique hotel right in the centre of Madrid. The location is so central that everything is within a short walking distance. The staff are friendly, service is efficient, cleanliness impeccable. The only thing that was missing which we would have liked was an iron! However, that is insignificant in comparison with our experience here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to get the most out of Madrid.

Staff is very friendly, and even though it has a great location the street is not noice at all. I will defenitely consider this Hotel on my next stay in Madrid
A very nice and modern hotel in the middle of the city center of Madrid. The rooms are nicely decorated but rather small and they all are equiped with free broadband access, which I very much appreciated. I can definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to go to Madrid and stay in the heart of the city.
My compliments go to the front desk personnel. They made us so welcome the minute we walked through the door and helped us plan our itinerary.
Very nice. Art deco-styled. Very well located at 100 m from the Sevilla Metro Station, very near the Centre. Impressive neighbourhood. Too bad breakfast is not included.
Hotel decor was very elegant and classy and front desk staff were friendly and warm. Walls between rooms were a bit thin though, and doors banged easily. It would be good if ethernet cable was provided FOC in the room to enable free internet access in the rooms.

Everything we needed was in our room; razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, right next to the subway. You should stay here.
Excellent hotel near all great areas in the city. Clean, modern, comfortable.
