"Excellent atmosphere, great design and very attractive. In general very different and had a pleasant stay! Housekeeping was not that active enough and room service close at 8.30pm. Rest all are perfect. Very difficult to get a pass-by taxi down there unless you ask hotel to call them and there is a minimum charge of Eur 7.00 and taxi meter start from the time you call!" - Sangeeven Puvendrarajah

"My husband and i were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was very new looking and modern. The location of the hotel whilst it was a 5 minute walk to the trams and a 10 minute jouney into the centre this was not any great inconvenience. Prior to staying at the hotel i had read comments about the area the hotel was in being a bit suspect. However whilst the area around the hotel looked a bit run down it felt perfectly safe walking to and from the trams and buses. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Also the breakfasts were very tasty." - cassie keen
