"My husband and i were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was very new looking and modern. The location of the hotel whilst it was a 5 minute walk to the trams and a 10 minute jouney into the centre this was not any great inconvenience. Prior to staying at the hotel i had read comments about the area the hotel was in being a bit suspect. However whilst the area around the hotel looked a bit run down it felt perfectly safe walking to and from the trams and buses. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Also the breakfasts were very tasty." - cassie keen
"position of hotel is excellent you are only a short walk to the trains buses and also the tour bus the bar service was the only downfall the bloke was hardly ever there so you had to go to the desk to get them to find someone food was excellent with a good selection" - Stephen Doughty
