Vincci Hotel Granada

This hotel was the best one of our two week stay in Spain. Extremely clean, updated, very nice and helpful staff. If you are driving a car, you will have to pay 15 euros a day to park your car in their very cramped parking garage. It is quite a LONG walk from the Alambra, but there is a bus that goes there nearby. Very nice exterior with a fountain. Had a kind sized bed, fridge, and a big window with a nice view. We would stay here again! Very good value for what you get!!!

The hotel is actually situated in a multistorey block with all the rooms on the 13 - 16th floors. Reception etc is on the ground floor with high speed lift access to the room floors. The rooms provide excellent views across the city. It is ideally located for both the bus and train stations. It's a pleasant 10 min walk into the actual city centre. Secure car parking is in a basement park in an adjacent street and costs 15 per day. All in all an ideal hotel for visiting Granada.

lovely hotel but in March the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy and bed is very hard.... Parking for the hotel was available but if you have a big car make sure you reverse into the space because it is very, very tight!!! Reception advised restaurant in the Bull Ring for a special birthday celebration and it was great but remember nothing even gets going till 8.30pm at night!!!!

We would stay there again it was large room and well priced and clean

Excellent hotel marred by the fact that free wifi is not provided to guests. Internet access is best obtained over the road for 1.5 euro an hour compared to 9 euro at the hotel.Location is good if you do not mind walking into the city centre (15mins). We were on the 14th floor and there was no traffic noise. As we recieved an excellent rate - I am more than happy with the hotel.

Nice hotel. Stayed only one night. The only thing that was wrong about it was that the bartender refused to make me a mojito - he thought I was younger perhaps. And the room that I was in, the layout of the washroom was poor. The bidet was located in front of the toilet bowl so there was no space to stretch your leg when on the loo!

Excelent hotel. More expensive than the average, but great service and facilities.

We have stayed at the Vincci many times but this visit was a little disappointing. It has always offered valet parking but now only offers the use of it's garage; as this is one of our criteria for booking there we may not stay again. There are MANY 4 star hotels in Granada and reduced servoces will only lead to customers staying elsewhere.

The staff here were great, especially an english speaking clerk. Location is downtown, 10-15 min taxi rides to Almaicin and Alhambra.

This is a good value for money hotel in the centre of Granada within easy reach of all of the main tourist attractions. The staff are polite and helpful and rooms clean and tidy. Whilst we were there, during November 2006, there was building work nearby to improve the road system which was a little noisy, but when completed noise will not be a problem. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location is very far away to the city center. The parking facility is not inside the hotel, it is in another building next to the Hotel. (There is no connection with the hotel like by lift or any other means.) The swimming-pool looked kind of old.

Very good for the price. Bathroom not well maintained. Sink was clogged.

Nice hotel, nice helpful reception although a little out of town. Convenient for rail travellers.

The Hotel is well located, just a ten minute walk from Plaza Nueva and the Albaicin area. It was comfortable and very good value.

A great hotel with really friendly staff. Also stayed at their sister hotel in Seville which was even better!

Insufficient information about a door leading to nowhere and the impossibility of returning back easily. It was an awkward situation.

There was a problem with the amount to be charged, the hotels don't seem to take notice of the discounted rate. Anyone about to visit Granada by car needs to be aware of the amount of roadworks being undertaken and allow extra time to get to their destination.

Large breakfast buffet.

Good clean hotel but heating was not good Location and parking was difficult but staff very helpful.
