"The set-up of the hotel is very confusing and guests get lost finding their rooms. Our air conditioning did not work and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Whilst sitting in the lobby we overheard two other guests complaining that their air conditioning did not work and they had to move rooms also. We were asked what time we wanted our car brought to the hotel on the day of our departure but we still had to wait 25 minutes for it to arrive." - Anonymous
