Excellent hotel.

Really nice hotel on the main shopping street of Spain. Also the posh outgoing places are nearby. Hotel is very comfortable and has a nice design and restaurant. My experience was very positive at this place. The bad thing was the video system not working correctly. However they managed to fixes this quickly.

Very central. Walk anywhere. Good helpful staff but limited understanding (But I am in their country after all, so the problems are mine). Reccomended.

An excellent hotel in a great location. Not cheap, but well worth the money. The hotel fronts on to a major shopping street with heavy traffic. If you want to avoid the noise, ask for a room at the back. Of course, that means you won't have anything to look at out the window, but you won't be sitting around a hotel much in Madrid.

A very good hotel in a perfect location with good access to the subway and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great restaurant, friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms. Good to have free internet connection in library. Little minus: Rooms and also library too hot.

A beautiful design type hotel in a busy shopping area. Large rooms with fresh modern decor throughout. On a noisy street but double windows made it quiet.

The service from reception and housekeeping was very good, we had dinner inthe hotel 1 night out of the four,the standard of food and service was poor.I believe breakfast was ok from those we talked to, we choose to get out and about and had breakfast as the Spanish do on the go.Great fish restaurant out of the front door turn left and go for 500 metres, reception will book for you.

Great location for shopping and eating tapas in Madrid. Electric bike hire fantastic. Disco in basement noisy for anyone staying below 6th floor. Noise between rooms a problem - take earplugs. Very good breakfast.

Excellent boutique style hotel. Courteous staff and very nice rooms. Would stay there again without a doubt and would recomment to others

4 night stay in standard double room (June 06). Excellent stay with great breakfast...evening meal in hotel restaurant was very good too. Free internet use in library was a nice bonus!

Lovely hotel. Great room and bathroom. Super breakfast. Great location- goya underground across the road. Loved getting the chocolate and having the bed turned down in the evening. Highly recommended.

Exceptional hotel, breakfast was buffet and more than one could ever want. The position is first class metres from the Metro which is arguably the best in the world. No need for cabs.

The location is great. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It can be a bit loud at night though for the rooms facing the street. The room is quite big comparing to hotels in Europe. We will stay there again and would recommend our friends to stay there also.

This is a very good, centrally located hotel right opposite a metro stop.
