"Hotel located close to bus and rail station, shopping centre, promenade at the marina, and the oceanarium, which is well worth a visit.
About ten minutes in a taxi takes you into the old town where there are an abundance of small shops, street restaurants, surrunded by ancient buildings with monuments to the great and the good from portugals past empire.
Unfortunately the hotel restaraunt left a lot to be desired, the hot breakfast was useually cold, and the one evening my wife and I ate there the meal was instantly forgetable. " - Anonymous

The Vip Executive Arts is a four star hotel, just recently opened. In a modern and stylish new building with 14 floors. It holds the 300 rooms including 10 suits and 1 presidential suit. The hotel has 8 meeting/conference rooms holding between 30 and 220 people, as well as a 160-seat auditorium with videoconference facilities. The first floor of the hotel houses an elegant but relaxed restaurant, with a menu boasting a wide range of local and international cuisine. The hotel has 2 bars, one in the lobby and one on the first floor. |

The Vip Executive Arts Hotel is located on the former site of the Expo 98, in the newly urbanised area around the Parque das Nações. Within easy walking distance are the conference centre and the International Exhibition Centre (FIL).
