The hotel has the best location ever! next to a great coffe shop, a local food restaurant, and a well known pizzeria, pharmacy, taxis and lot more just two steps (literally) away. The metro station is 2 blocks from the hotel, the bus stop to the airport as well, a shopping center open until 23:00hrs is just next to the metro and the famous Campopequeño Plaza de Toros and events. We had a great time! value for money.
Stayed again at the Barcelona; as before, very pleased. Web price outstanding. Rooms very comfortable. Ample eating opportunities nearby; metro access; taxi rank next door; churches. All told, if there is a good bargain price available on HotelClub- GRAB IT; you will not be disappointed.
A serviceable hotel, clean and very quiet. The problem is that there isn't much to do in the vicinity, apart from the Gulbenkian Museum, so one has to take the underground to get anywhere. The underground station is close, but for a city break perhaps a hotel where you can just walk out the door and be somewhere interesting would be better. The price, however, was excellent.
Clean and simple hotel, not too far from transport - really good enough if you don't mind the walking. (And Lisbon is a walking kind of city) Breakfast is basic too - go out to eat!
I will not go back to this hotel because the bathroom was too old. Fungi in the corners and silicone applied in a way my 8 year old daughter would. I asked for another room as also the bad plug leaked which really annoyed me as I needed a good rest after a whole day of Lisbon. I got one but it wasn't much better. Sorry I just didn't like the bathroom. The rest was good except the breakfast wasn't much appealing either. I've had much better quality for this price. Michel P. Portugal
i just found the room too small, but the matress was ok. At breakfast the fruit juices should not be artificial. As for the rest fair price for quality offered
Very good location and value. Our choice when passing thru Lisbon.
Reception could have been more efficient and more friendly. One of the glasses in my room was sticky and smelly, though covered by a "desinfectioned for you" plastic shield. The restaurant was chilly (both the hall and the service). I could only bathe in the bath tub because the shower did not work. Bed linen and towels were clean and nice.
Near Metro ( Campo Pequeno). Near trains (Entrecampos). Taxi rank next door. Breakfast very good. Decent restaurants in area- not at hotel. Very near church (Nsa Sra Fatima). Very near Gulbenkian Museum. We enjoyed our two day stay very much and will return anytime.
Extremely friendly staff. I had a nice stay.
Serviço muito simpático. Very friendly service.
Hotel Barcelona Lisboa is a nice 4 star hotel, very central situated, in the middle of the financial district and only two blocks away from the metro station Campo Pequeno. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with individual air conditioning. The receptionist, bellboy and housekeeping are very accommodating. I would recommend the Hotel Barcelona Lisbon for business and for pleasure and I would not hesitate to stay with them again.
The hotel room was very comfortable and especially clean. It's only 2 minutes to the nearest metro station: Campo Pequeno. Breakfast was OK but I hoped for more from a 4 star hotel. I'd stay there again, never-the-less.
I was really impressed with the service, because I had celebrated my birthday a few days before I had arrived at the hotel and the head receptionist acknowledged it. The hotel that I had stayed at on the night of my birthday had not even wished me. The little things are the things that are important
This hotel is a good, modern, mid-price choice some way from the centre of Lisbon, but close to a Metro station, and very convenient for the Gulbenkian Museum.
Excellent service.
