Comfortable hotel in excellent location.

Very nice hotel, exemplifying the character of historic Santiago. Ideally located on the edge of the medieval old town & very close to the cathedral. Excellent rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast, served in the light and airy breakfast room adjoining the very pleasant gardens.

Very good position on the edge of the old town next to a superb market. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold buffet. Good value hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel location is excellent. The hotel building itself is most unusual, built on a hill and split level around a very nice garden. The interior of the hotel is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The buffet breakfast is very good with a huge choice. My only negative about this hotel would be that it can be noisy in the morning when staff start to clean (cleaning trolleys on the cobblestones) but this is due to the configuration of the building around a courtyard so if you don't mind being woken at 8am this wont be a problem!

Front desk staff not very welcoming. Room was great, very old world, and wonderful garden. A great treat for the end of the Camino de Santiago.

A pleasure to stay in this hotel which is located in the heart of the city. The garden is delightful, the staff is always very helpful, parking is conveniently located next to the hotel premises

All of the staff were extremely helpful, there were even umbrellas to borrow when it rained! Good, nicely furnished rooms and an excellent choice of food for breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent position alongside the edge of the old town a few minutes walk away from the cathedral.
