"Airport pick up didn't arrive despite an e-mail confirmation and two telephone calls, but prepaid taxi was easy (although driver could't find hotel). Bathroom was disgusting. Room bare. Are was busy and bustling. Even though room was cheap there is no excuse for uncleanliness. Couldn't face trying breakfast given the state of the bathroom. " - Anonymous
"The hotel is located on a congested dirty street in Karol Bagh that has no attractions for the average Western tourist. It is still a 15 minute ride by car or motorized rickshaw from Connaught place, and transport is difficult to find around the hotel, except for unlicensed private "taxis" that charge too much. The hotel is reasonably clean, but very spartan: most of the rooms have no window, no heating so its cold in the winter, no decoration in the rooms, and no upper bedsheets, only one mattress bedsheet. I would not stay there again. " - John Kuiper
"No internet available but clean room with good amount of hot water. " - Anonymous
"The bed had not been changed since previous occupant, evidenced by a long black hair and dirty sheets. The staff then had to be instructed on how to change the bed. The bath had a crack that allowed water to collect underneath. The 'restaurant' for breakfast is a dark, dirty, undecorated room, where we found more hairs, this time in the cornflakes. The best this I can say about it is that the location is quite a way from the city centre but there's a good collection of shops neary. We booked here as the pictures looked good, but don't be fooled!" - Anonymous
