I can advise u to stay there if u are not crowded and wish u pleasent journey in Seoul
Sep 2010 Location: within 10 min walk of Wangsimni station (interchange: 3 lines); "mid-urban" neighbourhood (~20 min by subway to most areas); modern, midsized "suburban" shopping centre nr station. Incheon Airport further than I thought on bus - 1hr+. Train may have been faster? Neighbourhood: local, modern feel (no market/food stalls from what I saw) with a few restaurants etc. Room: double+single combo room, not bad for the price. Breakfast: not in my booking; plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby which were great. Internet: wireless worked fine, cable did not but a typhoon took out the internet completely for 2 days. Facilities: restaurants on premises; did not use them. Business Centre: did not use. Staff: Reception staff - English OK, Japanese also seemed to be ok. Final Comment: Good value. Not if you want luxury. Observed that some of the luxury hotels in Seoul are far from stations and tend to be on "hills" which may not be great for walkers.
Elegantly designed interior and gracious hospitality you can enjoy an exceptionally luxurious and comfortable atmosphere
It's a bit to far, but there is a mall close by and have 3 metro lines to chosse from.
Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The bed and the pillow make me have a good sleep. The air-con is quite good too and the curtain can effectively block the sunlight, but there is no view from my room.
Nice hotel & easy to find. Next time I would like to stay in this hotel....
I like this hotel and will come again.
Close walk to subway. fast and free internet. close to local restaurants. no shampoo or toothpaste. great value overall!
The rooms were well kept and the beds were very comfy.
The subway station is pretty close by, and it is serviced by several lines which is great. Also there is an airport shuttle stop nearby as well also great. The price was pretty good.... but then again... The place is really showing its age. The carpets look disgusting. They are vacuumed, but really need a wash. The TV remote was gross too. The rooms are tiny. TINY. No irons in the rooms. No pool, no fitness center, bla bla. You get a room, restaurant, and one computer to stand up at for a business center.
near to subway, but no air conditioning in April... others are ok~ escellent price
Though it's not a bad hotel, it certainly has nothing to recommend it. It's close to a Metro Station, but in a not particualry exciting location. There is however an airport bus stop handely out hte front of the hotel. All the rooms come with a double and single bed squashed in them and are relatively small. The bathroom is Ok with shower and no bath. The palce is dark and rather old and tatty. There's nothing wrong with the Best Western Vision Hotel, but I'm sure you can find something better for the money.
The hotel location is very ideal for free and easy traveller, airport shuttle service bus stop is a minute away from the hotel, the sub-way station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff at the Reception are friendly and helpful. The only comment is the carpet seems not very clean, it could be better if the regular upholstery is done.
All staff spoke English (rare in Korea) & the hotel itself is clean, well located (near a metro station AND an airport limo bus stop which will save you about £70 in taxi fare getting to and from the airport). Thin walls though, so expect to hear your neighbour's TV and voice.
Staff at the reception are extremely helpful. The airport bus stop is located very near to the hotel.
This hotel reminded me of the standard of nice motels at home in the U.S. The mattress was a little too hard for me but my husband thought it was ok. I would reccommend it to anyone who is concerned about cleanliness and convenience to stay there.
It is a nice hotel - clean and tidy. However, there's nothing much to do around the hotel.
Close to Wangsimni Metro Station.
While this hotel was on the below average level for me, i think it was okay for S.Korean standards. There is a slight residue of stale cigarette in the air everywhere... and you may feel a bit on the claustrophobic side. But, the bathroom was updated with a nice shower system and it is located within a short walk to the subway. There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to and from the airport. I won't stay here again when I visit Seoul, but it's great if you are visiting on a budget.
Direct bus from the airport, stops right outside the hotel. Very cosy, though a little cramped.
